Member Terms & Conditions - Whanganui

General

These membership terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with The Fairway Lounge Whanganui Limited trading as THE FAIRWAY LOUNGE. It is important that you read these Terms carefully.

In these Terms references to “us”, “we”, “our” and “ours” refers to The Fairway Lounge. References to “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to you as the customer of The Fairway Lounge.

Terms apply when you join

You acknowledge that these Terms will govern your relationship with us and apply as soon as you purchase a membership with The Fairway Lounge.

 

Minimum term

If you cancel your membership within three months of the date of joining, we may (at our sole discretion) choose to charge you an administration fee.

 

Membership fees

Membership fees are charged weekly in advance. If you do not pay your membership fee your membership will lapse.

 

Membership rights

As a member you are entitled to afterhours access (outside of normal trading hours) to the facility for the purposes of using the golf simulators.

Your access right is subject to any maintenance, repair or event requirements or any other circumstances which, at our sole discretion, we consider require the facility to be made unavailable.

 

Your membership right is non-transferable.

To facilitate access to the facility an access code and/ or a QR code will be sent to your mobile phone for each after hours booking you make. You are not entitled to transfer either of these codes and you are solely responsible for the use of the codes.

As a member you will also receive 20% discount on all bookings made during normal business hours. You will need to book online as per normal process.

 

Code of Conduct

We expect our members to behave reasonably, respectfully and courteously at all times when using the facilities that we offer.

 

Acknowledgments

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are responsible for your own property while on our premises.

2. You will use our equipment and our facility at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage that you cause while using our facility or equipment.

3. We may use video surveillance systems at the premises for security purposes.

4. You will adhere to the General Terms and Conditions, and The Fairway Lounge House Rules and Guidelines described in those General Terms and Conditions, at all times.

 

Booking

As a member you are entitled to book a golf simulator session through our booking system. You agree and acknowledge that:

1. The session you prefer to book may be unavailable, including due to us choosing to make the relevant session unavailable at our sole discretion if we consider that to be necessary.

2. If you cancel a session you have booked that you will endeavour to cancel the session at least 24 hours ahead of the time you have scheduled.

 

Liability

We shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage you suffer, whether directly or indirectly, from your use of our facilities and our services.

 

Termination of membership

We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, the General Terms or any of the rules that we publish from time to time.

We may also terminate your membership for inappropriate behaviour, at our sole discretion.

 

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms.
