The Fairway Lounge Whanganui Limited trading as ‘The Fairway Lounge’ (referred to in this policy as “we”, “our”, or “us) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

We have implemented and will maintain current standards of technology and operational security to protect your Personal Information from any such interference.

We only obtain personal information including your name, e-mail address and phone number, all other fields are optional. only for as long as we need it and we destroy the information we no longer need in a secure manner. We do not store any credit card information, this is securely stored with our payment processor Windcave. We do not have access to this information.

Direct marketing

We will not use or disclose Personal Information for direct marketing purposes, unless:

you have provided us with your express or inferred consent in accordance with New Zealand law. This may be done by entering your name and email address into our website to sign up for updates.
we have provided a simple method by which you can request not to receive direct marketing communications from us; and
you have not made such a request to us.
